Mentorship can be an important source of professional learning, but it can also support a sense of well being and efficacy for educators at any and every stage of their profession. Our goal at The Mentoree is to support educators through various forms of mentorship. We provide our community with opportunities including 1:1 Mentorship where the Mentee chooses their Mentor, Conversations to Build Capacity in the forms of Circle Conversations, Responsive Presentations, Casual Conversation and Carousel of Conversations, Mpact which are 3-part learning experiences led by a Mentor and evolved in response to the needs of participants, and OnEdMentors which is a weekly panel show on voicEd Radio covering various aspects of education with monthly visits from preservice teachers to ask their burning questions of a panel of Mentors. We also have a consulting arm called Motivators that is in development to become a speakers bureau, as well.
