The ECOO Support Series is back … for you!
ECOO has had quite a year, and we have tried to support Ontario educators as best we can in response to the evolving educational environments in which we all find ourselves.
We’re back this fall, not only with our virtual conference, vBIT21 Bring IT, Together! (November 5 & 6th), but also with another set of learning sessions under the #ECOOsupportseries umbrella!
The ECOO Support Series – Fall 2021 has events that were chosen to personalize your teaching situation, to help you find ways to balance life — and to incorporate a few good old door prizes as well. As we have become fond of saying, what would an ECOO event be without door prizes? We have amazing partners and sponsors!
The first session in the Fall Series is incredibly cool for Arts teachers and classroom teachers that teach their own music curriculum. Check out what “Your Voice is Power” is all about on October 27 @7:00pm and you’ll be impressed.
Other sessions currently announced include a 4-session offering from the team at TVO, and a Photography/Wellness session through Cobblestone Collective. Additional sessions will be added to the roster in the coming days.
If you are not yet a member of ECOO, we can’t say enough about the value of our $25.00 membership. We are an organization of educators supporting educators, using technology to further student learning, engagement and success. Over the past 14 months, we have hosted over 250 learning sessions aimed at digital pedagogy, coding, STEAM, SEL, culturally responsive pedagogy, wellness and self-care. All of these sessions have been recorded and are available to ECOO members on-demand, and all members can register for sessions in our Support Series for free as a benefit of their membership.
